During your stay at the Inn, please stop by Mainely Quilts and Gift Shop located in the carriage house where you'll likely find the latest local creations. Heirloom quality quilts and wall hangings, often taking hundreds of hours to create, grace homes all over the world.

The Waldo Emerson Inn in Kennebunk, Maine is a wonderful place for a Quilters Retreat. Enjoy a weekend of honing your quilting skills in this historic town and Inn.

The goal of your innkeepers and operators of Mainely Quilts, John and Kathy Daamen, is to give you a restful time nestled within their hospitality.

The goal of your instructors, Judy Smith-Valley, Kathy Lee and Dusty Pazar is to teach methods useful to the beginner through intermediate Quilter and give confidence and inspiration.

We will provide a materials list after registration. Plan to bring your own machine. (We do have a few to borrow, if you need to.)

To the experienced quilter - bring those unfinished projects and together let's get them done. A great way to take over the Inn with your quilting friends at a terrific savings
